Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to join our dynamic construction team at HUM Developers Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise all on-site civil works to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.

* Interpret architectural and structural drawings and implement them accurately on site.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

* Conduct daily inspections and prepare site progress reports.

*Take out detailed quantities of material required for construction

* Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and legal regulations.

* Manage material usage, inventory, and requisition supplies as needed.

* Monitor project schedule and update the project manager regarding milestones and delays.

* Conduct quality assurance checks and assist in resolving technical issues on site.

* Maintain site documentation including daily logs, material receipts, and inspection reports.

* Liaise with architects, consultants, and local authorities as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering.
4-5 years of relevant site experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
Should have end-to-end project execution experience, having completed at least two RCC buildings through finishing works, with thorough technical.
Proficient in reading and interpreting civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management.
Familiar with relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
