Site Engineer (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager
• Handle material planning, site measurements, and inventory management
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily site reports
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer (interior/construction projects preferred)
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and site execution
• Familiarity with construction materials and site safety norms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore for site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
