Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, including civil, finishing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, to ensure adherence to structural designs and technical specifications.
  • Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular inspections and material testing (cement, steel, soil, bricks) to ensure compliance with NABL and other government quality standards.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain daily site diaries, update progress reports (weekly/daily), and identify potential risks to schedule or cost, reporting to higher authorities (e.g., PWD, CPWD).
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Solve on-site technical difficulties and provide engineering solutions to unexpected problems.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, ensure proper inventory management, and manage labor resources to prevent delays.
  • Documentation & Billing: Prepare and verify contractor bills based on actual work completed and maintain accurate project records.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA) for workers, including ensuring proper safety equipment and site cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
