Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors and project teams for timely project completion. The candidate will be responsible for site operations, technical supervision, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and construction activities
• Execute work as per drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Ensure safety standards and site compliance
• Support BOQ verification, measurements, and billing
• Resolve on-site technical issues

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read drawings and technical plans
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Problem-solving and time management abilities

Qualification:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred:

• Experience in residential/commercial/fit-out projects
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,499.49 - ₹60,104.54 per month
