Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

The Site Engineer – Civil (Fitout) is responsible for supervising and executing all site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role ensures quality, safety, and timely completion of civil and structural works while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per project plans and standards.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with consultants for any technical clarifications.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Ensure civil and structural works comply with approved specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests (IRs).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other disciplines (MEP, finishing, etc.) to maintain smooth workflow.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved materials and quality requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and good site practices.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing progress reports, quantity measurements, and project documentation.
• Assist in the handover process, snagging, and final completion activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4+year experience as a Site Engineer in civil or construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera or MS Project preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Valid UAE Driving License Required

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
