Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving project milestones.
- Review and verify material quantities and work completed on site.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Assist in preparing work programs, method statements, and material submittals.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress records for billing purposes.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and project records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
