Job Description / Responsibilities

Hands-on Experience in interior work in high-rise/mall/restaurants/hotels, site management, supervision, surveying, and quality control of all works related to above. Coordination with Vendors, consultants.

Experience in interiors in high-rise/mall/restaurants/hotels.

Budgeting and costing with quantity estimation and item specification.

Arrangement of resources.

Management reporting with interaction with architects and contractors.

Desired profile of the candidate

B.Tech in Civil Over 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in related fields.

Knowledge of relevant industry & recent developments in construction techniques, machineries etc.
