Job Title: Site Engineer - CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities at the site according to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of work executed by contractors.
• Ensure all construction work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports on project progress, material usage, and manpower.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify discrepancies or issues.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
