Site Engineer (Designer Homes) - Mustafa Developers, DHA-2, Islamabad

Mustafa Developers is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team for high-end designer home projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of luxury residential finishes and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute construction activities for designer residential homes.
• Interpret, read, and implement architectural drawings, interior layouts, and detailing as provided by the architect and interior designer.
• Ensure high-quality finishing standards in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor execution of hard finishes (flooring, tiling, woodwork, stone, false ceilings, façade works).
• Oversee soft interiors implementation (wall finishes, textures, paint schemes, fixtures coordination).
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and execution meet luxury construction standards.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, timelines, and project quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in finishing works for luxury homes.
• Excellent command of architectural and interior drawings.
• Practical knowledge of hard & soft interior materials.
• Ability to translate design intent into flawless on-site execution.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of residential construction methods and quality control.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD (preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in designer or luxury residential projects.
