Site Engineer – Façade Division

We are looking for a Façade Site Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to oversee on-site execution of façade works, including installation of glass, aluminum, curtain wall, or cladding systems. The candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily façade site activities and installation works.
• Ensure construction is carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Assist in material inspection, handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of façade works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in façade projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of façade systems, installation methods, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design/drawing software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-rise or commercial façade projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and UAE construction regulations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
