Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities for our high-end interior design and build projects, ranging from corporate offices to commercial and public spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
• Assist in preparing material submittals and method statements
• Manage site workforce and ensure quality workmanship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects (corporate, commercial, or public spaces)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and finishing works
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority approvals
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
