Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (Turnkey Projects)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate turnkey interior fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, glass, metal, and final finishes
• Manage joinery scope such as wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panels, doors, custom furniture, and factory coordination
• Ensure execution of works as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with project manager, consultants, subcontractors, joinery factory, and suppliers
• Plan and control manpower, materials, and site activities for smooth project execution
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and samples before execution
• Monitor quality control to ensure compliance with approved materials and workmanship standards
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
• Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and technical challenges
• Ensure HSE compliance and site safety as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Assist in variation identification, measurements, and handover documentation
• Support final snag list clearance and project handover

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Fit-Out related field
• 3–4 years experience in interior fit-out and joinery works in UAE
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and installation methods
• Experience handling turnkey interior projects
• Ability to read and interpret IFC and shop drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• SHOULD HAVE VALID UAE LICENSE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
