Site Engineer-Male

With a proven track record of successfully completing over 35 apartment, villa, and commercial projects across the state, the company is now set to launch its upcoming flat project in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate liaisoning activities with government departments, local bodies, and utility service providers for construction-related approvals and documentation.
• Verify and ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
• Manage contractors, labor, and material requirements at the site.
• Maintain site records, work progress reports, and daily logs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations at the site.
• Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and execution of work.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, and clients for smooth project progress.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Good understanding of liaisoning and documentation procedures related to construction.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and travel between project locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
