Site Engineer Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer Manager to oversee tent, tensile shade, car parking shade, pergola, and steel structure projects across the UAE. The role involves managing site operations, manpower, quality, safety, and project execution from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple project sites
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per specifications
• Monitor project schedules, quality, and safety compliance
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 7+ years of experience, including UAE/GCC experience
• Background in tents, tensile structures, car parking shades, pergolas, or steel structures
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
