, we are seeking a highly qualified
Site Engineer – Mechanical
to join our team on a
major Nuclear Power Plant project
. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the most critical and technically demanding projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and execute mechanical works on-site in accordance with nuclear project specifications and international standards
-
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
-
Review and interpret detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
-
Ensure strict compliance with
nuclear safety regulations
, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards
-
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
-
Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and subcontractors
-
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and track project milestones
Specific Requirements (Nuclear Project):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
-
1–4 years of experience
in construction projects (experience in power plants or heavy industrial projects is highly preferred)
-
Previous experience in
nuclear, power generation, or mega infrastructure projects
is a strong advantage
-
Strong knowledge of
international codes and standards
(such as
ASME
,
ASTM
,
ISO
)
-
Familiarity with
QA/QC procedures
, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and documentation requirements
-
Understanding of
nuclear safety culture
, compliance, and strict procedural environments
-
Experience with
mechanical systems
such as piping, HVAC, fire fighting, and rotating equipment
-
Ability to work within highly regulated and safety-critical environments
-
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
