Site Engineer MEP

Job Title: Site Engineer – MEP

Department: MEP / Projects

Reports To: Project Engineer / GM – Sales & Operations

Job Purpose

To oversee and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at site level, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery in line with design specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems).

Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate between civil, interior, and MEP teams to avoid clashes.

Prepare daily reports and monitor manpower and material use.

Conduct testing, commissioning, and handovers.

Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards on site.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

3–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out or MEP coordination.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems.

General awareness of costing / prices/ suppliers / other resources

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit preferred.

Excellent coordination, communication & leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
