Site Engineer – Metal / Aluminum

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate metal and aluminum installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Review technical drawings and resolve site-related engineering issues.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure proper installation of aluminum, metal fabrication, cladding, glazing, and related works.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and UAE safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Prepare site measurements and assist in project documentation.
• Identify and report project risks, delays, and technical challenges to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in metal, aluminum, fabrication, or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, metal works, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
