Site Engineer / Project Coordinator

Job Overview

We are a civil subcontracting company based in Sharjah, seeking a Site Supervisor with the following qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Ability to manage factory production and monitor site work progress.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Salary range from AED 4000 to AED 5,000/-

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site/Factory operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects, using AutoCAD for design adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and report to management regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,999.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Licence & AutoCAD experience (Required)
