Job Description:
We are hiring a bilingual site translator / supervisor / foreman who understands construction site operations and can communicate fluently across multiple languages. The role is critical for ensuring smooth coordination between Chinese management and multicultural site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and interpret between Chinese, English, Hindi and Urdu on the construction site.
• Communicate safety rules, technical requirements, and daily instructions clearly to site workers.
• Assist supervisors and foremen in manpower and task coordination.
• Translate site meetings, notices, and documents as required.
• Report site progress and issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Familiar with construction site procedures and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Chinese + English + Hindi + Urdu.
• Previous experience in construction projects as translator, foreman, or supervisor is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month.
• Accommodation and transportation may be provided (depending on company policy).
