Job Title: Site Engineer – Structural Steel

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Work closely with fabrication and erection teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to structural steel design, fabrication, and erection standards.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in structural steel projects (fabrication & erection).
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, codes, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
