Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (Civil & Construction)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction site activities and ensure projects are executed according to plans, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
• Manage material usage and maintain site records
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5+ years of experience in construction/site supervision
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE experience in construction projects
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage)
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
