Site Engineer - with FIT OUT Experience

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor workmanship and quality of finishes to meet client and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Manage and assign tasks to site workers, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management on status.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of work and prepare snag lists for rectification.
• Verify that tools, equipment, and materials are available and used efficiently.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to report progress and discuss challenges.
• Ensure final handover of completed fit-out works meets approved standards and client satisfaction.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
