Site Engineer with Interior Design Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design and fit-out projects through all phases — from concept development to final handover.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure designs meet expectations and project goals.
• Supervise on-site teams and monitor daily project progress.
• Verify that all materials, finishes, and workmanship align with the approved design standards.
• Manage project timelines, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain transparent communication with management.
• Address and resolve technical or on-site issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in interior design and fit-out within the UAE.
• In-depth understanding of materials, paints, lighting systems, and furniture design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct frequent site visits.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
