Position: Site Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirement: With Valid UAE Driver’s License

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in interior and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure quality and timely completion of works.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Review drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with design and standards.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Monitor manpower, materials, and subcontractor work progress.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and time schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing details.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Valid UAE Driver’s License preferred.
