Job Title: Site Engineer (UAE Driving License Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a valid UAE Driving License to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage site operations independently across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, labor, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, providing effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to project management.
• Travel between project sites when required.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on project scope).

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred.

Mandatory:

• Valid UAE Driving License.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of construction/site processes and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
