Site Engineer/Coordinator - Construction (Project Based)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer/Coordinator - Civil to oversee and execute building construction activities on-site.

Job Descriptions

• The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating aluminum cladding works in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise and execute building construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure all MEP installations are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and approve MEP plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation and report directly to the Chairman on progress of the projects.
• Support the Project Engineer in resolving technical and execution-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of on-site construction processes, technical standards, and coordination activities.
• Proven experience in Building construction works.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors is preferred.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
