Site Engineer/Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines

- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals

- Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions

- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, quality, and safety

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, quality, and safety

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
