SITE FOREMAN

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors on site.

· Ensure daily work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

· Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

· Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

· Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.

· Manage tools, equipment, and materials on site.

· Resolve minor technical or operational issues during construction.

· Maintain daily site logs and manpower records.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in supervising large crews on high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

· Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
