Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Site Foreman to oversee construction operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure efficient execution of site activities in accordance with project plans and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved drawings and plan daily site activities in line with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, proper material usage, and adherence to technical standards.
• Enforce safety regulations by providing PPE, conducting checks, and taking action on any violations.
• Report to site early, oversee all ongoing works, and support site engineers with additional assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• With experience working in tower project at Lusail (Preferably)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have Valid QID and NOC
• Ready to transfer sponsorship
• Available to join immediately
