1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS SITE HR IN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for on-site staff, including interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns raised by site workers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the working environment and employee morale.
- Collaborate with site management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the construction sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and provide solutions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
