Job Title: Site Incharge (Gas Systems)

Location: SMG Hansalpur (with travel to other project sites as required)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and manage day-to-day site operations in gas systems.
• Handle operations and maintenance (O&M) of LPG, CNG, and NG yards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements (SMPV, GCR rules, and Gujarat Factory Act).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to management.
• Manage and guide the site team, resolving operational and technical issues promptly.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting during and after project execution.
• Oversee proper documentation, approvals, and handover after project completion.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of LPG, CNG, and NG gas systems.
• Ability to manage site teams and contractors effectively.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and operational management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of statutory testing, calibration, and industry compliance (SMPV(U) 2016, GCR-2016).

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in gas systems, infrastructure, or related operations.
• Willingness to work at SMG Hansalpur and travel to other project sites as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 CTC (based on interview)
• Bachelor’s accommodation provided by the company
• Transportation facility (shift vehicle available for pickup & drop)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
