Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge to manage and execute a Railway Tender Project. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, managing manpower, and maintaining timelines and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to the railway project.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per tender specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage workforce, materials, and site logistics effectively.

Requirements

• B.Tech degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in railway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle site challenges.
