Site landscape Architect

- Lead the design and development of sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, ensuring projects meet client needs and environmental standards.
- Prepare detailed site plans, construction documents, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools, visualizing concepts effectively.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site analysis, including evaluating existing conditions, assessing environmental impacts, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the selection of plant materials, hardscape elements, and other landscape features, considering factors like climate, soil conditions, and design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into the overall project.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines throughout the design and construction process.
