Project Engineer - Pool & landscape

Green Vista Pool’s and Landscaping LLC is looking for Projects Engineer (Landscaping Projects) with 5 + years’ experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Examine plans, drawings as well as quantities calculations.
• Oversea and manage Projects swimming pools, landscaping, civil, Architectural and infrastructure etc.
• Resource planning with manpower, machineries, materials etc. as per project requirement.
• Make sure all the submittal and approvals ( i,e : shop drawings, material technical data/spc., material sample ,mock-up, method statement etc.) are in order right from project initiating to project closing.
• Assess work progress reporting on a daily basis and or as per instruction of client/consultant and or organization.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors resolving design related to on-site technical concerns and issues.
• Ensuring project is as per budget and schedule.
• Ensure execution within quality, rules, and regulations, as well as client and management satisfaction.
• Meet with clients, engineers and architects/consultant to understand the requirements of a project to follow as necessary in collaboration of Projects Manager and or Operations Manager.
• Coordinates with architects, designers/draftsman and site engineers on the progress of each assigned design to make sure right execution and completion.
• Make sure proper project initiating with the proper project documents, drawings and execution plan.
• Make sure project execution, monitoring, controlling and closing with the proper project handing over.
• Creating good and safe work environment at the project for the team with decent manner.
• Attending the task provided by Operation’s Manager and or Managing Director and reporting them.
• Reporting to Project Manager and or Operations Manager

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
• Proven work experience on residential and or commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office , MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Diploma/BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
