Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Pre-Erection Activities:

Seamless coordination with Design and Detailing team to ensure required design implementation to aid ease of installation, commissioning & O&M

Preparation of the Installation & Commissioning plan (including sequencing, method statement, resource, site visit etc) and BOQ quantification for RFQ in line with the contracted scope and timeline

Identification of competence resources including evaluation and finalization of contractors and work scopes.

Coordinate with procurement/project teams for work orders and resource planning (including sequencing of the material delivery to site).

Plan manpower and resource deployment according to project timelines.
-
Attend pre-commissioning meetings and perform site readiness inspections in coordination with client.
Contractor & Manpower Management:
-
Ensuring achieving the targeted activity completion by effective utilization and Coordination of daily work with contractors and skilled labor.

Validate & Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
-
Support CECO and contractor billing verification based on work completion.
-
Monitor daily reports, productivity logs, and resource utilization.
Erection Responsibilities:
-
Plan and manage manpower deployment through contractors for efficient execution of erection activities
-
Actively participate in mechanical erection including lifting, positioning, and alignment of equipment (e.g., pumps, fans, scrubbers).

Manage unloading, storage, and tagging of components and equipment in coordination with client and contractor.

Review and ensure implementation of erection as per P&IDs, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and equipment layout plans.

Prepare and implement safe lifting procedures, including rigging plans and crane coordination.
-
Oversee fabrication and erection of any structures/supports etc.
-
Conduct equipment pre-alignment, levelling, and foundation checks before grouting.

Floor level inspection and sign off from client every week and ensuring alignment to the client Quality and test procedure

Conduct and participate in hydrotesting and system integrity verification.

Ensure all works meet QA/QC protocols and client specifications and clear sign off.

Coordinate inspections, clearances, and maintain site documentation.

Ensure all erection activities are performed with strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Coordinate with client and internal departments for timely inspection and clearance at various erection stages.
-
Monitor daily erection progress, resolve site-level technical issues, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Commissioning Responsibilities:

Install and verify all instrumentation per P&ID.
-
Ensure permanent supports are in place and temporary ones removed.
-
Execute flushing, air blowing, leak testing, and dry runs of systems.
-
Commission and troubleshoot rotating equipment: alignment, vibration, noise.
-
Integrate control systems: setting parameters, alarms, interlocks.
-
Conduct load and performance trials for major equipment and utilities.
-
Create and manage commissioning protocols, checklists, and timelines.
-
Document and report commissioning progress to HO and client.
-
Resolve site issues through coordination with design and HO teams.
-
Maintain and close punch points; compile final commissioning dossier.

Compile final commissioning summary reports, including technical observations, issues faced, resolutions, and improvement suggestions.

Coordinate between client, contractor, and internal teams to ensure smooth, safe, and timely commissioning.

Provide technical feedback to engineering/design teams to improve future project designs and field implementation.

Performance and achieving the PGTR completion and sign off
-
System hand over to customer and sign off with client
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from a reputed professional institute / university
-
Required 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Oil, Gas and Water Industry with hands on experience in Produced water Treatment / Process Gas treatment units like Gas Sweetening, Gas Dehydration, Dew Point Control or NGL Recovery
