Site Male Nurse (Ras Laffan Project) - Local Hire Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Male Site Nurse to join our project team in Ras Laffan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, emergency response, and occupational health support in compliance with QatarEnergy (QE) standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and primary medical care to all site personnel
• Respond to emergency situations and incidents on site
• Maintain and update medical records and reports
• Conduct routine health checks and monitor employee fitness
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE and medical guidelines
• Manage site clinic, including medical supplies and equipment
• Assist in health awareness programs and campaigns
• Coordinate with ambulance services and hospitals when required
• Support incident investigations related to health issues
• Ensure proper infection control and hygiene standards on site

Minimum Requirements (As per QatarEnergy Standards):

• Male candidate (due to site requirements)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) License (or Dataflow & Prometric completed)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in industrial / oil & gas / construction site
• Certified in:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Mandatory
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Preferred
• First Aid Certification – Mandatory
• Experience in occupational health and emergency care
• Good knowledge of QatarEnergy medical and HSE requirements
• Ability to work in remote site conditions (Ras Laffan)
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with HSE Management Systems
• Experience handling site emergencies and trauma cases
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Immediate availability is preferred
