Site Manager

Saudi Arabia

Position is contingent upon contract award

As the Site Manager (SM), you will be responsible for meeting Contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this TO. The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO. The Site Manager shall be available within four (4) hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel (designated by the ACO) to discuss focus areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the Escorts.
  • Manage schedule of Escorts.
  • Ensure team of Escorts adequately execute monitoring of un-cleared personnel (LN/OCN) into areas and monitors personnel while performing work. Make on-the-spot corrections as required.
  • Ensure Escorts are properly verifying LNs/OCNs personnel are logged in and out all and personnel counts are performed before and after they perform duties.
  • Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by your Team.
  • Ensure Escorts fully understand and comply with site policies and Escort responsibilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • The Site Manager shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the task. Site Manager shall have experience in management and supervision of a staff.
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
  • Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
  • It is required that Site Manager have and maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • High School diploma
  • Must be capable of meeting/maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Valid US Passport (preferred)
  • Valid US Driver's License with good driving report

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have US Citizenship
  • Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Saudi Arabia.
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
