SITE MANAGER

Hiring: Site Manager – Mechanical & Piping (Oil & Gas Project | Qatar)

We are currently hiring an experienced Site Manager – Mechanical & Piping for our ongoing Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong piping construction and site management experience in refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or similar Oil & Gas environments.

Location: Qatar

Salary Range: QAR 10,000 – 15,000 (Based on experience & interview)

Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for site execution of mechanical & piping works
• Supervise piping fabrication, erection, welding, and hydrotesting activities
• Manage shutdowns, brownfield tie-ins, and reinstatement works
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, planning, and commissioning teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and schedules
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site resources
• Liaise with client, consultant, and internal project teams
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas construction
• Proven GCC experience is mandatory
• Strong background in piping & mechanical construction
• Experience in refinery / LNG / petrochemical / shutdown projects
• Good knowledge of ASME / API standards
• Strong leadership and site management skills

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
