  • Ensure HSE compliance, including risk assessments, permits, and emergency procedures.
  • Manage and maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and issue tracking.
  • Anticipate potential site challenges and propose immediate, practical solutions.
  • Support contingency planning for weather, technical issues, or schedule shifts.
  • Uphold the highest professional and safety standards at all times, representing the project to clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in site management or technical production for large-scale live events, concerts, festivals, or public celebrations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high-profile events in the Middle East or similar markets preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams and international vendors.
  • Ability to interpret and execute complex technical drawings and site plans.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Personal Attributes

  • Calm and confident under pressure.
  • Hands-on, decisive problem-solver.
  • Collaborative but authoritative leadership style.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and presentation.
