As a Site Manager at Al Marasem Company, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and managing all architectural finishing works across the project site. You will ensure that all finishing activities are executed in alignment with the approved designs, quality standards, and project schedule, while maintaining effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
You will oversee site execution from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of finishing works
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Finishing Works Management

Lead and supervise all architectural finishing works on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, material specifications, and project standards.

Plan and monitor daily site activities to meet project milestones.
Design & Drawing Review

Review architectural drawings, finishing details, and technical shop drawings.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in coordination with consultants and design teams.
Quality Control & Site Monitoring

Conduct frequent site inspections to monitor workmanship quality and installation standards.

Ensure materials and finishing applications meet project specifications and design intent.
Subcontractor & Workforce Management

Manage subcontractors’ performance and ensure adherence to schedule and quality requirements.

Review and approve subcontractor submittals, method statements, and execution plans.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare regular site progress reports and technical documentation.

Identify risks and delays and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Material & Finishes Control

Review and approve finishing material samples and shop drawings.
-
Ensure all installed materials comply with approved submittals.
Problem Solving & Technical Guidance

Resolve site conflicts, technical challenges, and execution constraints.

Provide technical direction and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Cross-Discipline Coordination

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to avoid conflicts.

Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and project stakeholders.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

10 - 13 years of experience in finishing works and site management—preferably within large-scale construction or real estate development projects.

Strong technical knowledge of architectural finishing materials, joinery, and detailing.

Proven experience managing subcontractors and site execution teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
