Site Manager / Site Supervisor (Interiors, Events & Exhibitions)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out, event, and exhibition projects
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, project managers, subcontractors, and site labor teams
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and resolve them proactively
• Maintain site safety standards, cleanliness, and professional work practices at all times
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management
• Oversee material usage and ensure proper handling of finishes and installations
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in interior fit-out and events/exhibition projects (mandatory - min. 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry/joinery works, and execution methods
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and sites under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick on-site decisions
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
