Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detailed oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in T3 Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect building systems specific to their discipline, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing, and energy systems.
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto, or BIM tools) to produce detailed layouts and schematics.
• Develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations to support project needs.
• Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure.
• Address challenges in integrating new systems into existing buildings or structures.
• Ensure designs meet local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision of residential buildings / villa developments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution, plumbing, fire safety systems, and energy systems
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and utility authority requirements.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
