Site Nurse

Job Description

We are hiring a Male Site Nurse for a 1-year contract position based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have valid QCHP license and DHP certificate, with experience in providing onsite medical support, first aid response, and occupational health services in an industrial or site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the site.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Conduct basic health assessments and monitor employees’ health conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Support occupational health and safety programs and promote health awareness.
• Ensure proper stocking and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist in pre-employment medical checks and periodic health monitoring if required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QCHP guidelines, and local health regulations.
• Coordinate with management regarding medical cases and fitness-to-work assessments.

Job Requirements

• Male candidate required (as per site accommodation and operational requirements).
• Must have valid QCHP License (Mandatory).
• Must have valid DHP Certificate (Mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a nurse (site/industrial experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health practices.
• Ability to work independently at site and handle emergency situations confidently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Must be willing to work in Ras Laffan.
