The Site Project Engineer is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.
Minimum:

Associate's degree in engineering or related field

Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry

Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams

Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills

Ability to handle ambiguity
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required

Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results

Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role

Engage project team members, encourage them to proactively perform assigned tasks

Actively interface with functional groups on the project team

Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, time, budget, and cash flow

Up to 20% domestic travel
