Site Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Engineer with strong experience in site execution, coordination, and project management for steel / PEB / construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring project completion as per schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and execution works
• Coordinate with planning, production, QA/QC, and procurement teams
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Ensure timely material availability and site readiness
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors
• Attend and handle site meetings and technical discussions
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Track and update work progress, manpower, and productivity
• Support planning team with progress updates and execution inputs
• Manage subcontractors and ensure proper work execution

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4–8 years experience in construction / steel / PEB projects
• Strong experience in site execution and coordination
• Knowledge of structural steel, fabrication, and erection works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience in handling client and consultant coordination
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
