A Blue-Collar Recruiter is a recruiter who hires frontline, site-based, and operational workers rather than office staff.

Key responsibilities

• Field recruitment (not desk-based): visiting sites, labor addas, hostels, and local areas
• Bulk hiring & quick closures
• Explaining job details clearly (salary, shift, location, PF/ESIC, accommodation)
• Convincing & onboarding workers
• Collecting documents (Aadhaar, bank, PF/ESIC)
• Coordinating joining, replacements, and attendance issues
• Handling high attrition and continuous manpower demand

Skills required

• Strong local language communication
• Ground-level convincing ability
• Willingness to travel to sites daily
• Basic HR knowledge (PF, ESIC, wages)
• Follow-up & people-handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹209,350.55 - ₹496,757.50 per year
