Yapsody is an event ticketing & event management SaaS platform that enables event organisers globally to create, manage, and sell tickets for a wide variety of events—from concerts and festivals to marathons and conferences. We provide tools including mobile apps for ticket scanning & stats, POS systems, reporting dashboards, payment gateway integrations, and more.

About the Role:
We are seeking a mid-level Site Reliability Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with developers to ensure reliable deployments, manage monitoring/observability tools, automate workflows, and handle incident management as part of the on-call rotation.

Key Skills:

• Linux/Unix systems & networking
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Python/Bash/Go scripting
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
• Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in SRE/DevOps/System Administration
