SITE SAFETY OFFICER

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor company and client HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies at site.

2. Conduct daily safety inspections for scaffolding, suspended platforms, and access systems.

3. Ensure strict PPE compliance for all workers and subcontractor staff.

4. Conduct daily toolbox talks and weekly safety awareness sessions.

5. Identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and take corrective action immediately.

6. Maintain safety documentation – daily reports, inspection checklists, and PPE records.

7. Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or near-misses.

8. Coordinate with Site Incharge, Project Engineer, and Client Safety Team for compliance.

9. Ensure emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits) is available and functional.

10. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, discipline, and work-at-height safety.

Eligibility Criteria:

* 2–3 years of experience as Safety Officer in façade, glazing, or construction projects.

* Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or NEBOSH Certification.

* Knowledge of glazing & façade installation safety (work-at-height, lifting, handling glass).

* Strong communication and reporting skills.

* Must be willing to stay full-time at site (remote posting).

* Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
