The Site Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing telecom tower collocation construction, maintenance activities, project tracking, capturing drone-based digital twin data, ensuring complete and accurate closeout documentation and on-site asset tracking. This role bridges field operations, aerial data collection, and project reporting to support safe, efficient, and compliant infrastructure management. Their region requires covering Colorado & Kansas. Candidates need to be based in the Denver or Colorado Springs metro area for optimal access to the assigned territory. Candidates will need to attend weekly meetings in Fort Morgan to collaborate with the supervisor and handle PM duties. Attendance at other meetings will be on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tower collocation construction and maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
  • Manage and oversee drone operations for site surveys, inspections, and post-construction audits
  • Ensure drone pilots and equipment are certified and compliant with FAA regulations
  • Review aerial imagery and data for structural integrity, equipment placement, and safety & standard compliance
  • Compile and submit comprehensive closeout packets including:
    • As-built drawings and redlines
    • Drone imagery and inspection reports
    • Site photos, punch lists, and completion checklists
    • Permits, test results, and compliance certifications
  • Handle day-to-day project level customer contractors for collocation projects – verbal and with written follow up
  • Perform site walks with tenant – preliminary design site walk, final inspection, punch list, etc.
  • Support troubleshooting and emergency response of company assets on sites either virtually or on-site.
  • Obtain current certificates of insurance showing job identification or name for any vendor performing services.
  • Communicate construction notice-to-proceed requirements to tenant and contractors
  • Certify and provide access to 3rd party personnel and crews by meeting on site or giving electronic access
  • Maintain inventory of site equipment and ensure proper tagging and tracking through company platforms; QuickBase, FastField, and Digital Twin Software. This will require routine site visits. Time that will be required traveling within specified market or site assignments expected 70%.
  • Safety and Compliance: Verifying assigned FCC registration number. Validating and posting proper FCC required signage along with company required signage. Ensuring assets are secured by proper zoning and approved fencing. A proper lock and chain, with specified Combo will be utilized to secure road access gates, guy anchor fencing, and compound gates.
  • Ensure timely closure of NOTAMs on lit sites based on the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation meets client and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in telecom tower construction or site coordination
  • Experience managing drone operations in a construction or inspection setting
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 107 regulations and drone flight planning tools or ability to obtain license within 1year of employment. Training available from current staff and online courses will be provided.
  • Proficiency in documentation platforms
  • Strong understanding of tower types, RF systems, structural components/reports, and Construction Drawings.
  • Ability to interpret aerial imagery and translate findings into actionable reports
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including MVR, criminal, and drug testing. Drug testing follows Federal guidelines.
