About the role

Hendrickson Construction Inc. is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on high-end custom residential projects in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. This role is for a proven field leader who drives safety, quality, schedule, and communication at a high level.

Compensation & benefits
  • Starting base pay: $130,000–$150,000 (DOE) + bonuses

Minimum qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 7+ years of superintendent experience (required)
  • Construction management software experience (required)
  • (Procore, Buildertrend, Houzz Pro, InBuild, or similar)
  • Scheduling proficiency (required)
  • (look-ahead schedules, sequencing, trade coordination, milestone tracking)
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily jobsite operations: safety, access, logistics, deliveries, inspections, and manpower planning
  • Coordinate subcontractors and maintain accountability to schedule and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite aligned with high-end residential expectations
  • Collaborate with PMs, architects, designers, owners, and inspectors to keep decisions moving
  • Document progress and issues using construction management software (daily logs, photos, punch, closeout)
  • Drive punch and closeout to a high standard

  • Subcontractors coordinated and producing to plan
  • Issues identified early with solutions and follow-through
  • Finish quality protected throughout the project
  • Jobsite runs clean, safe, and organized every day
